Before we begin any work, please sign up for a Showit account and secure a domain name (if you don't already have one). Showit is a subscription-based service that includes the website builder and hosting.
All content (images, copy, and relevant information) must be submitted before the design process starts. This allows us to sort and organize everything for your new website efficiently.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in our schedule and ensure we can give your project our full attention. The final payment is due before you receive all final deliverables.

We begin with a client application and a free 15 minute call to determine if we're a good fit. You then sign an agreement that covers the timeline and deliverables and pay a deposit to secure your spot. The design process includes a preparation phase for research, a creation phase for building your site, and a launch phase with support.

Yes. Your site will be built on Showit which is user-friendly and easy to manage. You will also receive basic post-launch support and have the option to purchase ongoing maintenance.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
