We begin with a client application and a free 15 minute call to determine if we're a good fit. You then sign an agreement that covers the timeline and deliverables and pay a deposit to secure your spot. The design process includes a preparation phase for research, a creation phase for building your site, and a launch phase with support.

Yes. Your site will be built on Showit which is user-friendly and easy to manage. You will also receive basic post-launch support and have the option to purchase ongoing maintenance.
Can I update the website myself after launch?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining payment is due before final files and deliverables are handed over.
